Our unique approach to the rostering solution flipped the traditional top-down model on its head. Instead, we ask staff to nominate their working preferences and the business to define shift rules (like how many people work shifts, rest times etc) CoRoster then uses this information to build the fairest roster that meets all the obligations, building an engaged and happier workforce.
