Coworker Group®

Coworker Group® is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are a business unit of Coworker Enterprice® and operate as a talent recruitment consultancy worldwide. We represent our clients across sectors and industries throughout the region. We include among our past and current clients approximately 50% of the 1,000 largest companies in Latin America, 80% of the 100 largest, and 9 of the 10 most important multinational consumer goods companies. In Peru, we work with influential companies in the industrial, mining, information technology, contact center, telecommunications, banking and finance sectors. Unlike other large consultancies, we combine global reach and access to resources with a local, personalized service approach focused on delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Our approach includes targeted executive search and selection for mid-level management, mid-level leadership, specialized positions, and high-potential entry-level roles (HeadHunting Executive). We also offer Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), serving as a talent factory for staffing in mass selection processes.

We operate in Peru and serve clients across sectors and industries in the region, reflecting our regional presence and scope.
