We are a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Mellieha, Malta.

We have built teams in the gaming sector, for technology companies, Fintech including hospitality, and Oil & Gas.

Our focus spans HR, resource planning, technical recruitment, training, and administration. We oversee activities across these areas to help align people strategies with business needs.

We operate in Malta and the United Kingdom, with a presence in Mellieha, Malta, and Blackheath, London, United Kingdom. We have worked with a number of clients on an international level.

In addition, we have helped build training programs for teams and staff based on the methodologies of coaching skills and the use of personality profiling tools such as Prism and Myers Briggs.
