CREZCA CEE, we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We are a Special Employment Center with a social aim to promote the socio-labor integration of people with disabilities, providing and enhancing their incorporation into a normal labor market, and guaranteeing the rights, personal autonomy, and economic stability of our workers. We address the obligation to reserve a portion of the workforce for people with disabilities in some companies, to support businesses in meeting current regulations. The Special Employment Center thus arises with a dual purpose: to help companies comply with the current regulations and to provide people with disabilities with integration into the world of work.
