We are Crowd Hunter, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We offer an open crowdstaffing platform that enables collaboration among employers, recruitment agencies, and individuals.

For employers, we enable publishing of job postings for free and provide simultaneous access to multiple recruitment agencies and freelance recruiters, while allowing employers to decide how much to pay for recruitment and the duration of any warranty, helping to accelerate the recruitment process with a broader pool of candidates. For recruitment agencies, we help them find new clients and increase project volume, assist candidates in finding employment, and provide opportunities to earn additional income by referring verified candidates. We enable collaboration with firms from around the world.

We collaborate with companies from around the world and operate in Poland.

We view crowdstaffing as a novel approach to employment that uses the power of distributed networks of contacts to search for employees. With our platform, we can shorten the recruitment process, gain access to a more diverse pool of candidates, and significantly reduce employment costs.
