We started off as an Executive Search firm focusing on recruiting Chief Financial Officers (CFOs), and we have since broadened to IT & Technology, Engineering and Corporate Support functions.

Our name Cultivar reflects our approach to recruitment. Just as cultivars (in botany terms) are carefully selected and nurtured to produce the best results, we take the time to understand our clients’ unique requirements and carefully match them with the right candidates through the use of effective tools, driven by our well-trained in-house recruitment capabilities.
