Dadala is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Martin, Slovakia.

We provide a discreet zone for conversations, interviews, and meetings to support long-term community building. We offer a creative zone for trainings and workshops (educational, cultural, sports, and other activities). We support a healthy lifestyle through active formats as well as through consultations and advisory services. We focus on nature, its power and its influence on human society, while respecting fundamental values such as trust, creativity, and development. We accompany people on the path of their personal development from identifying their goal to achieving it. We are enthusiasts who love working with people, respect nature, and have the courage to blend modern with traditional or to bring traditional into modern. We believe that love and strength reside within each of us; when we turn to our true, unpretentious self, we discover nature within us, and nature holds the key to unlocking our true potential. We fondly remember times when people naturally gathered for shared work or rest, shared joys and sorrows, and exchanged goods with neighbors. Under one roof, several generations lived, learning from each other and growing side by side. We live in a time when we realize what we have lost in chasing a better life—contact with ourselves, with nature, with others—naturalness. Our vision is to bring all this back into our lives, simply, naturally, together.
