Dako Job Center

We are Dako Job Center, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Opole, Poland.

Our purpose is to provide comprehensive services in employee leasing and the employment of workers across all sectors. Our activity focuses mainly on the Silesian Agglomeration, while our operations cover the entire country. We specialize in temporary work and we undertake contracts with foreign clients, primarily in Germany, handling all necessary formalities and taking on client responsibilities related to labour costs and other employment matters. We have many years of experience in this field, which has made us effective in what we do.

Through employee leasing, we support employers in managing their HR policies more efficiently. This approach increases flexibility, as the level of employment is adjusted to the current demand for workers with a given specialty. We help our clients avoid additional, high costs typically associated with permanent staff.
