At Dargui Work & Travel, we operate as a self-owned organization in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in San Isidro, Peru.

We work with sponsors and employers to recruit and staff students in cultural exchange, internships, and au pair programs. We work globally from the United States to Europe to New Zealand and find suited candidates here in Lima and Huancayo, Peru, for these programs. The programs are free to the employer, and we work with a wide variety of students from all backgrounds and ability levels depending on the position. We are employer/employee matchmakers who get to know our student candidates.

We have been recruiting here in Lima since we were founded in 2005. We are a small, family-run business. We get to know our students and our employers to match personalities and skills with the positions available. We will never recommend a candidate for which we feel a match is not there. We recruit throughout Peru and assess English skills with an interview conducted by a native English speaker.

Our specialties include recruiting, staffing, employer relations, interviewing, language assessment, and employer matching. We also focus on employee and employer support to assist both sides with ongoing needs.
