David Fischman is our name, and we operate in the Human Resources industry as a self-employed professional. We are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We dedicate our time to researching and teaching topics of leadership, human resources, and organizational culture. We have delivered conferences and seminars in various countries across Latin America and the United States.

We are the authors of ten leadership books, with more than 485,000 copies sold across Latin America, North America, and Spain. Our publications include “The Secret of the Seven Seeds,” translated into English, which reached the top position on the Amazon.com Leadership and Business Best Seller list, and has been translated into several languages. In Peru, on September 15, 2012, we launched “Success Is a Decision” with an edition of 10,000 copies that sold out in two days. On November 3, 2014 we released “Motivation 360°,” which topped Crisol's sales from its first week. In July 2016 we published “Spiritual Intelligence in Practice,” which was the best-selling book at the 2016 International Book Fair. We hold a Civil Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology with Summa Cum Laude honors and an MBA from Boston University.
