From the pandemic context of 2020, a survey conducted with more than 30,000 people in more than 30 countries on Microsoft labor trends indicated that 40% of those surveyed thought about changing jobs. We challenge ourselves to reflect on the place that work occupies in our lives and how it influences us. It leads us to rethink our work experience in the past, present and how to build the future from a conscious desire. Addressing this change can generate fear, but not doing so produces dissatisfaction that spreads to other aspects of life. Forging that destiny makes us protagonists and prevents external actors from deciding our professional destiny. With two decades of experience in corporations and leadership of teams and with a therapeutic and multidisciplinary training, we have formed a brief, playful, and practical method on how to generate transformations in the relationship with your work, whether to boost your career, change fields, fulfill the dream of entrepreneurship or end a work phase.
