We are Denduc Guidance, a self-owned staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We aim, in collaboration with employers, to address the shortage of skilled workers in Germany while creating opportunities.
We offer a four-step process to connect employers with apprentices: create a free profile, receive proposals for potential apprentices, conduct interviews, and welcome your new apprentice. Our satisfaction guarantee for you includes that we are currently free of charge, we provide support from Denduc Guides, and we have qualified candidates with B1/B2 German language proficiency.
