We are Dersya Recursos Humanos, a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

We began operations in 1999 with personnel outsourcing, recruitment and selection, specialized socio-economic and labor studies, and payroll processing. For more than twenty years we served medium and large domestic and international companies, delivering high-quality services tailored to each client. In 2021 we ceased providing services. Today, independently, we continue with socio-economic studies and focus on personalized advisory in administrative and human resources matters, advising primarily foreign companies starting operations in Mexico or seeking to reorganize their administration to improve the management of their offices in the country. More than twenty years of experience support our commitment to service as advisors.
