Despertar, we are a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in San Isidro, Peru.
We are a consultancy in education and human development. We offer training to develop soft skills as well as to foster an innovation and agility mindset in organizations. We provide individual coaching and team coaching. We also offer yoga and mindfulness.
