Diamond Agency is a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.
For over 18 years, we provide qualified and unqualified personnel for any field of activity, selected by 47 accredited government agencies from Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Pakistan, Moldova, Turkey, Senegal, Sudan, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Nigeria.
We deliver our services by sourcing staff from a broad pool of applicants and maintaining relationships with government agencies. We provide personnel in construction, hospitality, services, transportation and car services, small and large industry, canal water teams, complete asphalting teams, and agriculture.
Our specialties include recruitment of foreign labor, IT services subcontracting, and IT personnel provision.
We operate nationally and internationally, with a presence across Bangladesh, India, Moldova, Nepal, Pakistan, Romania, Sudan, Ghana, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and Turkey.
We maintain a database of over 300 IT specialists with master's and doctoral degrees. We select staff from a pool of 40,000 applicants and offer a warranty for all staff provided. We also offer zero costs for plane tickets, visas, recruitment, and immigration advice.
