We are Die Initiative NÖ, a nonprofit advisory organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Korneuburg, Austria.
We operate on behalf of the Arbeitsmarktservice NÖ (AMS NÖ). We support academics, executives, and returning professionals to find a new job. We also offer companies the possibility of nonprofit employee leasing. We are financially supported by AMS NÖ.
We deliver our services through individualized coaching and subsidized, fixed-term placements to support job seekers as they re-enter the workforce.
We operate in Austria, with a presence in Korneuburg, Mödling, and St. Pölten.
We are a nonprofit advisory organization that operates on behalf of AMS Niederösterreich and receives financial support from AMS NÖ.
