Digi.gift is our privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We provide a system that delivers digital subscriptions as employee perks. Subscriptions are provided as part of a C&B package, KPI rewards or gifts. We aim to substantially increase employees’ loyalty, engagement and retention with a low cost of perks, reduce time for administration, eliminate logistics and associated costs, match employees’ wants with the available perks, and, outside working hours, employees will continue to use subscriptions and will be thankful to their companies.

We use an AI chat bot to analyze the interests of employees, and subscriptions are provided as part of a C&B package, KPI rewards or gifts.
