DİNÇ GRUP — we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Izmir, Turkey.

We began in Izmir in 1993 and, since then, have steadily grown our activities and developed our specialist team, while placing emphasis on people, the environment, sustainability, and social values in our work. We provide payroll administration, private security, support services, and cleaning and disinfection services to private sector and public institutions.

Starting in Izmir with a small team, we expanded to serve clients in Istanbul, Ankara, Aydın, Denizli, Antalya, Şanlıurfa, Konya, and Muğla. In 2022 we opened a branch in Eskişehir as part of our ongoing development.

Our specialties include Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Cleaning, and Security.

We operate across Turkey, with a headquarters in Izmir, and we continue to support private sector and public institutions through our service offerings and geographic expansion.
