Direzione Lavoro is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Ardea, Italy.

We were born from the idea of a group of professionals with ten years of experience in the recruitment and selection of personnel. The group, together, decided to challenge the job market and, today, we are proud to have built one of the first companies in Central Italy specialized in recruitment and selection, training and management of human resources.

We offer to companies the consolidated experiences of our professionals, acquired with decades of activity in the specific fields of management.

Our mission is based on both finding the best candidates in the shortest possible time and developing those candidates so as to provide companies with highly motivated people who are in line with the job requirements.

Our specialties include recruitment and selection; corporate guidance on funded training programs; fiscal, tax and labor consultancy; outsourcing of human resources management; and staffing services.
