DISC-Tanulókör is a self-employed operator in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Szombathely, Hungary.

We focus on introducing DISC as universal knowledge to our partners and clients, with the aim of supporting personal development and improving lives. We believe that meaningful change in organizations begins at the relational level among staff, leaders, and teams. Beyond workplaces, the DISC language can benefit families, civil communities, circles of friends, sports teams, and educational communities when engaged. In Hungary, organizations already use DISC in various ways, including recruitment and selection, performance and competency management, training and development, career and succession planning, team building, and overall effectiveness.

We deliver services through DISC individual and team reports, DISC values-based leadership training, and DISC-based team development. We also provide webinars, self-awareness workshops, and career coaching.

We operate in Hungary and serve clients nationwide.
