We are Ditame - Gestão de Pessoas, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Aveiro, Portugal.

We work within the scope of diagnosing and identifying the needs of people management, notably in organizational climate analysis, to provide analysis of the organization and its environment, and the conditions that characterize the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of employees and others who interact with them. We offer services in job description and analysis, performance evaluation, recruitment and selection through direct search of professionals and/or advertisements, psychological and competency assessment, assessments, career management, outplacement, training and development, legal support in labor law, temporary work (License No. 303/2000), outsourcing, and vocational and professional guidance. We provide a service that aligns with the growing demands for qualification and quality in the field of people management, in order to add value to the partnerships we establish.

We assign to each organization a consultant with transversal qualifications that enables a deep understanding of the business reality and allows us to respond qualitatively to the organization's requirements. We maintain a continuous, internal effort to identify, value, and manage the people within organizations.
