Diversity Day is our partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Milano, Italy.

We originated from the experience gained with each Partner, and we promote the culture of diversity management and workplace inclusion. We aim to work with and for beneficiaries, companies, institutions, universities and the media to value differences and promote inclusion through merit recognition, the emergence of talents, the development of competencies and performance, as decisive contributions to the development of people and to the success of organizations.

We engage with and seek to deepen all disabilities and work to facilitate the employment of people belonging to traditionally discriminated categories, developing specific competencies for companies and the labor market.

We currently have projects and trainings dedicated to people with disabilities and to those registered in protected categories.

The moments of dialogue and exchange proposed by Diversity Day with companies are organized throughout the year in the form of workshops, round tables and training sessions.

Our activities take place in Italy.
