DNM

DNM is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Goes, Netherlands.

We mediate technical professionals with completed MBO-level education and higher in the petrochemical, oil, gas, energy, maritime sectors and related companies. We differentiate ourselves by a personal approach, a focus on long-term assignments, and a transparent, yet in-depth service where quality comes first.

We get to know people, and a personal, approachable touch is natural, with an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude embedded in our DNA. We utilise our extensive network for you, whether you are an employer or a worker. For us, labour mediation is not about automated applications or passing along CVs; we select the right candidates and facilitate the search for the right job, based on who someone really is and what someone can, wants and moves. That genuine interest and attention to people in the technical sector make our dealings fair and transparent.

DNM maintains the full service package in-house. Not only the core business of mediation, but also the supporting processes—payroll and invoicing, procurement, website management, training, and other tasks—we manage all of these ourselves. This keeps lines short and enables us to respond quickly, benefiting the work process.

We are active in the Netherlands and Belgium and are NEN 4400-1 and VCU certified and are a member of ABU. Additionally, we hold the Belgian recruitment recognition number VG 2025-U.
