We are DP CONSULTING AG, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Rotkreuz, Switzerland.

Since 2008 we have specialized in identifying specialists and leadership personalities. In client mandates, we support national and international companies in the permanent filling of key positions. We have extensive experience in Executive Search & Selection (direct approach, headhunting). We offer our clients individual service products such as 'Mandate without Risk', 'M6 Exclusive', 'Outplacement Training' and 'Rent a Recruiter'.

No client or candidate is alike. We invest a lot of time in the individual selection processes and carefully assess who fits best with whom, i.e., which combination leads to a perfect match and is sustainably successful for both sides.
