Drömuppdraget is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Karlskrona, Sweden.
We are a consulting and recruitment company that helps university students and recent graduates on the path to their dream jobs. With an ambitious and non-discriminatory process we match engaged talents with decent companies that invest in equality, sustainability, and a good working environment. Our goal is to contribute to a labor market where young competence and drive create growth that benefits both individuals, companies and society.
Our approach and way of working is to deliver services through an ambitious, bias-free process that connects students and graduates with opportunities. We support both students and companies by facilitating part-time jobs, summer jobs, summer vacancies, extra jobs, and projects, aligning talent with appropriate assignments.
