Društvo študentov kadrovskega menedžmenta (HR Student Association). We are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We aim to provide higher-quality knowledge in the field of human resources management and, above all, to build a bridge between theory and practice. We help students of human resource management with everyday activities, enrich their studies, and extend them into practical areas. Our objectives also focus on increasing recognition of the study field, which is now named Sociology – Management of Organizations, Human Resources and Knowledge.

We achieve these goals by organizing lectures, courses, workshops, professional excursions, and seminars. We collect information about the study itself and about students in the Sociology – Management of Organizations, Human Resources and Knowledge program, and we acquaint students with the work of HR professionals. In our effort to provide quality services for our members, we strive to connect with other associations and organizations, and we participate in and collaborate on their lectures, seminars, conferences, and similar events.

We specialize in project management and human resource topics within our activities.
