ECSSA - European Confederation of Search and Selection Associations is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

Our primary objectives are to develop the professional ethics and standards for the executive search and selection industry across Europe; to become a dynamic forum for networking and exchange of information and views between members; and to promote the views and interests of the executive search and selection industry amongst different European organisations.
