Edifice Industrie

Edifice Industrie is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Saint Sébastien sur Loire, France.

We work with clients in industrial and agri-food sectors, as well as automotive, aerospace, chemical, pharmaceutical, and construction materials manufacturing. We recruit for the following functions: industrial roles including production management, quality, R&D, supply chain, and the design office; commercial and marketing roles; and support roles such as management, human resources, legal, accounting, and finance.

We distinguish ourselves from other providers by an approach rooted in values that form our identity: simplicity, honesty, listening, and proximity. Our mode of operation relies on a solid knowledge of the industrial landscape and its typologies, a clear understanding of the different roles and the recruitment challenges associated with each, and an effective sourcing process combining tools such as social networks, CV databases, advertisements, headhunting, and referrals.
