We are Elephant Group, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand.

We began with innovative employment law and HR training that was useful, practical and fun. We called ourselves Elephant Training because an elephant never forgets – not realising that some people would think we actually trained elephants! Over the last few years we have expanded our offerings, and we are based in Auckland and Wellington, allowing us to work with hundreds of companies providing HR advice, people management development and HR coaching and training.
