ELINOV - Escola de Liderança e Inovação

We are ELINOV - Escola de Liderança e Inovação, an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal.

Our mission is to support the socio-economic development of public and private organizations through training and the development of their people. We serve as a bridge between academia and practice, applying the most innovative know-how to solving real-world problems.

We deliver our services through five areas of activity: training, consultancy, research, cooperation, and the dissemination of technical and scientific knowledge. We provide knowledge and share best practices in leadership, people management, innovation and entrepreneurship within organizational contexts. We support aligning the sustainability of business with the proper management of the corresponding human assets. We train professionals with responsibilities in innovation, entrepreneurship, and people management. We contribute to improving productivity and, consequently, the competitiveness of Portuguese and Lusophone organizations, particularly SMEs. We carry out fully customized projects grounded in innovative content and methods. We award ECTS credits equivalent to postgraduate programs.
