Elkat Industry AS, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We specialize in staffing skilled tradespeople in plumbing, welding, and electro steel/steel installers. We provide skilled labor, and our workers have education and experience in building and maintaining schools, kindergartens, hospitals, and apartments, as well as other commercial buildings, data centers, and shipyards.

We deliver our services by assessing client needs and supplying skilled labor within piping, welding, and electro steel/steel installers. We are ISO 9001 certified and we are an approved staffing firm with the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. We have a tariff agreement.

We operate as a Norwegian-Polish collaboration with a focus on delivering skilled workers of high quality, and we have a presence in Norway and Poland.
