We operate the first automated headhunting system for the skilled labor market. Applicants and companies are matched through an AI-based Robo Advisor based on skills, values, and personality traits. In a research-based employer analysis, the Robo Advisor quantifies corporate values and seeks potential candidates accordingly. Talents discover their ideal corporate culture type through Empion, and after evaluating the analysis, we present them with suitable job offers.
