We are En Potencia Consultora, a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Salta, Argentina.

Through comprehensive guidance, we assist with resume creation, interviews, and induction processes, as well as managing employees within organizations. We also conduct recruitment and selection; we advise companies on how to manage human talent through instruments such as performance evaluations, organizational climate assessments, job analysis and manuals, and organizational manuals, among others.
