EnRival AB is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry, and we were founded in 2005 with headquarters in Lund, Sweden.

We have long-standing experience in the recruitment and staffing sector, and our staff are trained in psychology or personnel science. We are licensed users of Thomas International's scientifically based work psychology test instruments. We are organized into four areas—Recruitment, Staffing, Training, and Transition—and we serve as a supplier to the Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) for programs such as Rusta and Matcha, Career Guidance, Labor Market Training, and Steps to Work.

We deliver our services through structured processes and a practical approach, focusing on recruitment and staffing for all positions and providing qualified resources to assist job seekers, including study and vocational guidance. We can support you in finding new employment or pursuing education as part of our transition services.
