Equinsight is a publicly held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We describe our Horse-Assisted Coaching model as combining the principles of Horse-Assisted Learning and Ontological Coaching to help individuals and teams develop their maximum potential and achieve their personal or professional goals.

All of our activities are highly dynamic and experiential, allowing a person or a team to interact with horses and reflect on their attitudes, emotions, and reactions to identify behaviors that are functional at the individual and at the team level.

We conduct activities that function as metaphors for real-life situations, with the aim that clients know more about themselves and seek new patterns for solving problems in the workplace and in professional contexts.

To participate in these activities, no prior knowledge about horses is required, and all activities are performed from the ground (without riding), outdoors, and in a natural and relaxed environment.
