ESBEES is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Vejle, Denmark.

We create value and success for the companies we assist through a stable and secure recruitment process and a successful initial and ongoing cooperation. We help our clients' businesses grow through our knowledge about strategy and everyday life and how to create sustainable financial results with human insight.

We often find suited and motivated candidates through our network. From the initial contact, we discuss the candidate's current situation as well as future position demands to evaluate the possibilities of an immediate match. We request the candidate's CV and any additional documentation, and we agree on a personal meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the specific vacancy and the further recruitment process. After the initial meeting we provide a link to an online personality test. If a candidate is selected to meet our client, we prepare a personal dossier including important information about the candidate. The client is presented with a number of candidates. We attend the presentations. After the presentation the client selects one or two candidates for the second presentation, and we attend during the second presentation. Finally the client selects and forms a contract with the selected candidate.
