Our purpose is to support our members in their professional development and to safeguard a high ethical standard in executive recruitment. We have around fifty authorized members, and membership and authorization can be granted by our board to individual consultants who have executive search as their main occupation and who work with executive recruitment for corporate leadership or strategic positions. For membership, the consultant must meet our authorization requirements and commit in writing to follow our statutes and norms for good professional ethics. Membership is therefore a quality guarantee for clients who rely on our members' competence and experience in recruitment assignments.
