We are ESL Consulting – SeoulESL, a privately held staffing and recruiting company founded in 2005 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.

We began in 2005 as former ESL teachers who came together to reform the world through quality education. In 2015 we became a corporation as we expanded our operations to serve a wider global community, and we became the official recruitment partner of the Korean government.

We provide a free job placement service and are committed to enhancing the quality of education by enabling teachers worldwide to broaden their horizons through new cultures. We deliver a personalized experience to both educators and educational institutes by paying close attention to details, streamlining complex processes, and managing all aspects from providing timely and accurate information to successful placements and continued support. We have assisted thousands of teachers and thousands of partner institutions to date, bridging the gap between educators and the extensive network of our partner learning institutions.
