Eswelt is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

We focus on the world of enterprise systems. We match the most dynamic, confident, aspirational ERP and CRM professionals with organisations—from start-ups to multinationals—and thus contribute to the development and perfection of business processes.

Our unique approach allows us to make the best match, fast. And focus is key. We choose to do one thing and do it right: each consultant is an expert in one specific ERP or CRM specialism, and focuses on one region, and one of four possible contract forms. Our specialisms include SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Salesforce.
