Every Job SA, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland.

We are a young and dynamic company formed from professionals with decades of experience in providing temporary staffing. The combination of our respective competencies gives rise to a team capable of meeting clients' needs by centering on the added value: our workforce. We handle all regulatory aspects related to personnel management, providing assistance and support to our collaborators and clients. We also perform ongoing searches for temporary and/or permanent personnel across all sectors with high professionalism, ready to meet every need.

We manage our activities with a focus on delivering practical, compliant staffing solutions and ongoing support for both clients and workers, guided by clear processes and consistent communication.
