We are Evident Search Solutions, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Singapore.

Our vision is to connect aspiring talents to businesses that meaningfully improve lives (human and animal alike) and make the world a better place. We have been asking ourselves what real value we bring to the table beyond advocating for our candidates and clients as a search firm. We realise our greatest fulfilment comes from creating meaningful impact within the talent community—enhancing candidates' lives and careers. This is why, rather than obsessing over closing deals, we focus on VALUE CREATION and not expecting anything in return. VALUE CREATION is our NUMBER ONE strategic priority.

We have consciously chosen to stay small and focused. Scaling up the search firm inevitably risks shifting the focus towards numbers and profits.
