We are Excelencia y Estrategia, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Miraflores, Peru.
We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions to support human development through training processes that use NLP techniques, Executive Coaching and Team Coaching, Lego© Serious Play, and corporate campaigns. Since 2010 we have been the only organization in Peru to use NLP techniques in our training processes within organizations. We have unique high-impact methodologies: EnTrance, Cambio Conductual and Positeem.
We deliver our solutions through structured training programs, coaching sessions, and corporate campaigns, applying our methodologies to support organizational development.
