We are Expat Communication, a privately held human resources company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

Since 2001, we accompany those who navigate across cultures. We offer innovative and tailor-made programs for teams that internationalize, as well as for expatriate employees and their families.

Our approach focuses on developing intercultural intelligence among colleagues working in international contexts, through intercultural conferences to raise awareness, and customized trainings and seminars in intercultural management. We address working with a specific country or developing international management skills, and we include team building. We provide global executive coaching for colleagues with international responsibilities. We also support expatriation through expat programs, including preparation for collaborators and their spouses. Our certified intercultural trainings are references with HR. We intervene at all stages: decision-making, departure, expatriation, and return. We work on two axes: the impact on personal life and on professional life of expatriation, and the intercultural training itself.
