Expertise Consultores is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1998 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We were founded as a human resources consultancy with the objective of providing organizations with advisory services and comprehensive execution in HR processes. Our objective is to offer clients know-how grounded in the experience, training, and ongoing research of our professionals.

Over the course of our history, we have carried out large-scale projects related to headhunting, searches and selection of professionals and executives, organizational climate surveys, and comprehensive consultancy projects for national and multinational companies. We have strong knowledge of the energy market, primarily the oil business, as well as the engineering and construction sectors, mining, and electrical sectors. As a result of our trajectory, we have grown and expanded our operations. We currently work locally, based in Buenos Aires with activities across the country, and also at the international level. The spectrum of our clients has broadened, providing services to first-tier companies across industries such as services, IT, consumer goods, retail, metallurgical, chemicals, auto parts, and agro-industrial sectors, among others.
