We are Extra Talent, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1998 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We connect people with extra talent to organizations that are looking for this talent. We believe everyone has talent, and the art is to recognize it and place it in the right role. We do this by engaging in personal conversations, and we have focused on a single specialty for more than 20 years.

We take care of recruitment for organizations by setting up the recruitment process and making the initial selection. After a successful placement, the collaboration continues with a coaching trajectory, in which we schedule regular personal conversations to monitor progress.

We operate across the Netherlands, with locations in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Breda, and Tiel.
