We are Fahr-Becker Recruitment Consultancy B.V., a privately held recruitment consultancy operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands.

We specialize in ICT recruitment and have built a strong network of IT specialists across the full spectrum of IT disciplines. We mediate between employers and IT professionals, including IT analysts, IT architects, BI specialists, DBA specialists, ERP/CRM/ECM specialists, software developers, software testers, software engineers, IT specialists for industrial automation, infrastructure architects and engineers, network specialists, project managers, IT managers, and sales and marketing specialists.

We believe that a truly good match between candidate and employer should lead to a long-term working relationship. We therefore take time to understand the motives and drivers of both parties. We use our own clinical and social psychologists and the Carrière Waarden Assessment to analyze the personal drivers of the candidate and the fit with the job, the work output, and the work environment of the employer. The combination of our ICT recruitment specialization and the psychological selection methodology has led to hundreds of satisfied and long-term collaborations between employers and ICT specialists.
