Fair Training Center, we are a non-profit, social business in the Philippines operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Parañaque, Philippines.

We launched in November 2016 with our first-of-a-kind training program that covers all aspects of life as a domestic worker in Hong Kong. Graduates leave our training center as confident, trained professionals who are prepared for successful migration overseas.

We deliver a training program for first-time migrant workers in the Philippines that covers all aspects of life as a domestic worker in Hong Kong.

We operate in the Philippines and our program prepares migrant women for overseas work as domestic workers, including life as a domestic worker in Hong Kong.

We were conceptualized as an innovative training center for first-time migrant workers in the Philippines and a key intervention in the Fair Employment Foundation’s long-term vision to transform the system of migrant worker recruitment in Asia.
