Fastrack is a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We are the only market solution to create and grow high-performing sales teams, integrating in a single service: Hiring, training with certification in growth, and personalized onboarding.

We have created what we would have liked to have when managing large sales teams and facing the three growth challenges: finding good commercial profiles, training and certifying with a methodology that is 80% practical, and delivering personalized onboarding. We know that it is common for salespeople to be left to their own devices when they join a company, which prolongs time to traction.
