We are the Overseas Employment Service of Fauji Foundation, established in 1978. We endeavor to locate market-compatible human resource and train/search highly skilled manpower, and we are well organized and technically sound to serve our foreign clients. We aim to enhance the prestigious image of Pakistan.

We determine demands for manpower through surveys, list occupational classification and job specifications, mediate workers' demands and employer's requirements and standards, shortlist workers for final selection by employers, arrange trade and medical tests, brief and orientation of selected personnel, authentication of their antecedents/testimonials, and emigration, documentation and exit formalities.

We maintain a huge database of all categories of manpower, including engineers and technicians in the fields of: Nursing Care, Caretaker, Building cleaning management, Machine parts and tooling industries, Industrial machinery industries, Electronics and Information industries, Agriculture fisheries, Manufacture of food and beverages, Food service industry, Automobile repair and maintenance, and the Accommodation Industry.

We serve in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman and Japan.
