We are Femern Agency, a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Rødbyhavn, Denmark.

We act as a single point of contact to support recruitment for companies and to coordinate services related to the Femern Belt project. We also support upskilling of unemployed people to optimally utilize local and regional resources and to increase local employment for direct or indirect employment on the Femern Belt project. We coordinate the apprenticeship effort across Denmark's vocational schools. We are a government agency collaboration that aims to create smooth and efficient public service for labor to the Femern project. Partners in Femern Agency are Lolland Municipality, Guldborgsund Municipality, and the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment (Styrelsen for Arbejdsmarked og Rekruttering).

We deliver our work through coordination with municipal partners and national authorities, aligning recruitment, upskilling, and apprenticeship activities with the needs of the Femern Belt project. We operate as a collaborative government approach to support labor for the project with a focus on process and coordination.

We provide specialties in recruitment, job placement, upskilling, advice and guidance, Femern job, apprentices, and International School. These areas are integrated into our service offering to support the Femern project and related workforce initiatives.
